Maryann Jordan Manna - Class of 1952

Maryann Manna on Tuesday, January 5, 2021. Age 86. Mother of Ginamarie Hadik (Bill) of Blue Anchor, Vincent Manna of Blue Anchor, Ernie Manna (Maria) of Hammonton, and the late Maryann Manna. Grandmother of Bill Hadik, Dominic Hadik, and Vincent Manna, Jr. Sister of the late John Chamberlin (surviving wife Pat). Daughter of the late James W. and Marge (nee Cook) Jordan. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Maryann was a 1952 graduate of the Jules E. Mastbaum High School in Philadelphia and worked for 10+ years as a Bell Telephone Operator before moving to Franklinville in 1961. She was an office worker in the RA Department of Columbia Records (later Sony Records) for 40+ years before retiring.

Maryann loved to travel and, along with her private girls’ club, visited many states throughout the country. Every weekend she played poker with her family or the girls club, the most important people in her life. Maryann loved spending time with her children and grandchildren and enjoyed playing bingo, going to the AC casinos, and playing cards. Along with her children, she was very involved in the 4-H club and show horses. Maryann was also a very active member of the RC Church of the Nativity in Franklinville for many, many years.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the BARCLAY FUNERAL HOME, 208 Maple Street, Clayton, NJ 08312. Funeral service at 8:00 PM. Interment private at the convenience of the family. Sign the guestbook at BarclayFuneralHome.net.
