William was born on February 9, 1956 and passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2019. William was a resident of Pennsylvania at the time of passing. He attended Mastbaum High school and then worked as a Maintenance Engineer first with the Navy Yard and then with the William Penn House. In his downtime he enjoyed all of his Philadelphia hometown sports teams, classic cars and traveling to car shows, especially to the jersey shore. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral Friday June 14, 2019 from 7-9 pm and Saturday June 15 2019 beginning at 9:30am in the McElvarr Funeral Home 1415-17 E. Susquehanna Ave. Philadelphia PA 19125. His funeral service will begin at 11am in the funeral home. Donations may be made to: American Lung Association 55 W.
