Alice I. Czerwonka of Levittown died on Friday, January 6, 2017 at Hahneman University Hospital. She was 52.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Alice was a 1982 graduate of Mastbaum High School and also graduated from the Star Institute of Technology where she earned a certificate in Phlebotomy.

She has resided in Lower Bucks County for the past 10 years.

Recently, Alice was a stay at home wife and mother who enjoyed guiding her granddaughter and spending time with her family. She enjoyed trips to Treasure Island, Florida, and had dreams of living her life there.

Alice formerly worked as a deli clerk at Super Fresh in Yardley, Durham Deli in Bristol Township and Bi-Rite in Torresdale.

Alice is survived by her beloved husband of 10 years, Stephen J. Czerwonka; loving children, Stephaine Schleinkofer, Paula Sullivan and Joseph Hayes; her granddaughter Kayleigh; mother, Elizabeth Scott; two brothers, and several nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Family and friends are invited to call from 6 until 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
