Phil, while not a Mastbaum classmate, was the Editor of our newsletter from 1992 through 2002.  He was a long time Kensington Lions member and was active in the community many years.  He passed away June 12, 2002, survived by his wife Barbara, son Philip and daughters Karen and Suzanne.
