Mr. Storm taught English at Mastbaum AVT High School for 27 years. He retired in 1974. He died of a heart attack at 88 years of age on Jan. 21, 2002. He was laid to rest in Forest Hills Cemetery in Phila. Pa.
Mr. Storm was well liked by my classmates in 1949, but I had a teenage crush on him at the time. My son, William Smith, (by my first marriage) class of 1972 also attended his class. When William (Bill) told Mr. Storm we had a bycicle built for two, Mr. Storm said he'd like to have a ride on it. I told Bill if Mr. Storm rode on our bike I'd never wash the seat. He went and told Mr. Storm what I said. I never attended the parent/teacher's meeting that year because I was too embarassed .
