Robert H. Strahlendorf passed peacefully two weeks after his 100th birthday on March 1st, 2023. Robert was born February 15, 1923, to Paul and Margaret Strahlendorf in Philadelphia, PA.

Robert retired as Lieutenant Colonel in the Army 82nd Airborne division. Later, he attended Temple University receiving his master's degree in biology. Robert enjoyed his time as a schoolteacher and helping young children. Roberts loved to spend time with his children and grandchildren.

Robert is preceded in passing by his parents, beloved wife of 62 years Doris, son Gerald.

Robert leaves his exquisite wisdom and loving memories with his survivors, son Robert and his wife Linda, daughter-in-law Carol, grand son Robert and his wife Megan, granddaughter Lindsay and her husband John, great grandchildren Piper, Henry, Lucy, and Nathan.

Robert's family has entrusted Fort Myers Memorial Gardens with the care of his final arrangements and at this time all services are private upon the family's request.
