BLEVINS, RANDY L., on April 29, 2006, age 45, son of the late Tracy and Linda (Blakesley) Blevins, also preceded in death by his sister Linda Burton, survived by wife Donnalee Jaros-Blevins; sister Fern Petrowski; brother Daniel Blevins; nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand- nephews, family and friends. Memorial Service to be held Saturday May 6, 2006 from 4-6:30 P.M. at the New Creation Lutheran Church, 162 W. Tioga St, Phila PA 19140.
