Daniel D. Traynor, “Dan the Man”, husband, father and grandfather, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2017 at the age of 74 at his residence.  He was the beloved husband of Patricia (Zbyszynski) Traynor for 52 years.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his three sons:  Daniel and his wife Susan, Jonathan and his wife Gina, and Stephen and his wife Lisa.  The love of his life were his nine grandchildren:  Allie, Daniel, Georgia, Jonathan, Jessica, Jade, Julia, Cole and Austin.  They always gave him a great deal of pride and enjoyment being with them and attending all the sports activities they were involved in during the year.  He has a surviving sister, Dee Davis, and sister-in-law, Joan Traynor and many nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his brother, James Traynor.  He will also be missed by the family felines:  Joey, Sophie, and Samone.

Dan loved the seashore, traveling, boating, sports, and he was an avid history reader.  He enjoyed his Tahoe.  He also enjoyed Election Day and working at the voting polls.  Dan also gave of his time as treasurer of his church.

 In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Bucks County SPCA, 60 Reservoir Rd., Quakertown, PA 18951 or to Philly Kitty, P O Box 277, Cheltenham, PA 19012.  Arrangements are by the Sadler-Suess Funeral Home, Telford.
