Arthur H. Isbert, Jr. (“Art”), age 83, passed away on 1/8/2022 in Philadelphia, PA. 

Art was born on April 4, 1938 in Philadelphia, PA to parents, Arthur H. Isbert, Sr. and Katherine Isbert. Arthur worked as campus police at Temple University.

Art was married to the love of his life, Joan Isbert, for 21 years. He possessed a wicked sense of humor, loved cats, had a few of his own and cared for the neighborhood strays as well. Art enjoyed watching the Philadelphia Eagles with a cold beer, and his favorite vacation spot was Seaside Heights, NJ.

Art was preceded in death by Joan Isbert (wife), Katherine Isbert (mother), Arthur Isbert, Sr. (father), Robert Isbert (brother), Doris Kahoun (sister) and Dianna Kahoun (niece).

Art is survived by Donna Bitner (daughter), Cheryl Herling (daughter), Bobby Ayres (grandson), Brittany Bitner (granddaughter), Jason Herling (grandson), Frank Frickie (brother), Christina Isbert (niece); Nancy Louis (niece), Joseph Frickie (nephew) and Albert Kahoun (nephew).

A graveside service for Arthur will be held Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Forest Hills Cemetery, 25 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania 19006.
