Kathryn E Schenskie-Mann - Class of 1956

Kathryn E. Mann, age 84, wife of the late Walter N. Mann, of Phoenixville, PA, passed away on Friday, September 2, 2022 at home. Born on April 28, 1938 in Philadelphia, PA, she was a daughter of the late William J. and Edna L. (Rhodes) Schenskie.

Mrs. Mann was a graduate of Mastbaum High School in Philadelphia. She worked for many years as a claims adjuster for Keystone AAA until her retirement. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Phoenixville, where she was an active volunteer for many different committees. Mrs. Mann enjoyed traveling and taking cruises, but most of all, she loved and cherished the time she spent with her family.

Mrs. Mann is survived by two sons, Walter C., husband of Wanda Mann of Eagleville, PA and William J., husband of Patricia Mann of Philadelphia, PA; six grandchildren, Ryan Mann, husband of Haley Pelton, Ashley, wife of David Smith, Brent Mann, Adam Mann, and partner Meghna Murali, Nathan Mann, and Lucas Mann; two great-grandsons, David Smith Jr. and Stephen Mann; one brother, Carl H. Schenskie of Denver, PA; and one nephew, Peter, and wife Susannah Schenskie.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial service on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 in the St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 355 Saint John's Circle, Phoenixville, PA 19460 at 11:00 am. Officiating will be Rev. Thomas Kochenderfer. Friends will be received from 9:00 am - 10:45 am in the Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church at the address above.
