Mark Woodward - Class of 1984

Mark A. Woodward, 56, of Boyertown, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at Penn State Health, St. Joseph Medical Center, Bern Township, PA.

Born October 29, 1966 in Philadelphia, Mark was the son of the late Ron and Joan (Devlin) Woodward.

Mark was a senior project manager working for Facility Solutions Group, Perth Amboy, NJ for the past 8 years. He previously owned and operated the Green Gables Hotel, Lewistown, PA and worked as an alarm technician for the Citadel Home Security Group.

Mark was a 1984 graduate of Jules E. Mastbaum High School, Philadelphia. He was of the Catholic faith and truly enjoyed gardening, riding his motorcycle and watching Star Trek.

Mark is survived by his children, Amanda M. Woodward, fiancée of Eric G. Edmondson, Temple, Joel M. Woodward, Temple and Karina L. Woodward, Temple, and by their mother, Maria L. (Fardella) Woodward, Temple. He is also survived by his brothers, Brian Woodward, husband of Mina Woodward, New Hyde Park, NY, Ronald Woodward, husband of Margaret "Maggie" Woodward, Lewistown, PA, and Eric Woodward, husband of Brittany Woodward, Yeagertown, PA, and by many nieces and nephews.

A Catholic Prayer Service will be held for Mark at 1:00 pm on Thursday, July 13, 2023 at Walbert Funeral Home & Crematory, 14390 Kutztown Road, Fleetwood.

A viewing will be held for Mark on Thursday, July 13, 2023 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
