Fran passed away December 24, 2013.  She is survived by her husband Duncan, son Steve, and grandaughter Eva.

She was an organ donor and upon her death donated her liver to someone in need of a transplant.  She was a devoted wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.  She was predeceased by her parents Domenic and Margaret Cocozza.  No matter how difficult life got for her, she always tried to look on the bright side.  She was a devout Christian.
