Chester S. Dalgewicz - Class of 1931

Chester S. Dalgewicz of Plantation, Florida passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2013. He would have been 103 in December. He lived on his farm in Yardley, PA prior to moving to Florida in 1970. Chester was happily married for 58 years to Christine Kay until her passing in 2001.He is survived by his 5 children: John (Barbara), Chet (Winnie), Jane (Jim), Richard (Lynne), Chris, his 10 grandchildren, their spouses and 8 great-grandchildren. Chester was a man of strong “old world” family values and talents. He will always be remembered for his endless work ethic, positive attitude, and musical talents. Friends are welcome to join the family for his “Celebration of Life” service on Nov. 2, 2013, 1:30pm PM at Forest Lawn South. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice, the American Heart Assoc., the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, or the Brain Injury Assoc. of Delaware (BIAD).
